Resource center is the program of Apriori ILC, dedicated for the capacity building of non-governmental organizations and initiative groups from Transnistria and increasing the efficiency of their activities.

The aim of the program: Assistance for the non-governmental organizations and initiative groups from Transnistria to act more professionally.

Objectives:

— Increasing professional competences of activists of NGOs and initiative groups from Transnistria for strengthening of intraorganizational management and improving the quality of services;

— Strengthening of trainers’ competences for NGO’s activists from Transnistria;

— Developing and strengthening the partnership connections for exchanging the practices, improving the transparency, cooperation in finding strategic solutions;

— Developing the communication system in NGO area and also between NGO and communities.
